I’m from a small town called Terang in Southern Victoria, but have lived up and down the east coast of Australia.
I studied a Bachelor of Clinical Sciences at Southern Cross University in Lismore and went on to graduate from SCU in 2018 with a Master of Osteopathic Medicine.

I love combat sports and martial arts like Brazilian Jiu Jitsu and MMA. In the winter I like snowboarding in New Zealand or Japan.

I believe movement is medicine and that every patient should know and understand how to take control of their pain for themselves.

I grew up in the Hills district of Sydney and moved to Newcastle in 2019 in search of a slower paced, community-based lifestyle.
I graduated with my Diploma of Remedial Massage mid-2024 where I learnt an array of manual therapies, assisting and assessing in musculoskeletal dysfunction and understanding the mechanics of the body.
