I graduated with my Diploma of Remedial Massage mid-2024 where I learnt an array of manual therapies, assisting and assessing in musculoskeletal dysfunction and understanding the mechanics of the body.

Every body has a story, and healing begins with truly listening to it.
A massage therapist recognises that pain and discomfort are messages from the body. Attentive touch and a mindful approach are needed to release the layers of stress and strain holding a person back.
